Nuisances
It is unlawful in both Garrard and Lincoln Counties for any property to contain garbage, debris, clutter, junk, scrap parts, junk boats/RVs/automobiles, or any other items that might reasonably detract from the appearance of the area or negatively impact property values. To report a nuisance, please fill in the form below. All nuisance complaints are promptly investigated and handled in accordance with the nuisance ordinance in the respective county. Complaints may be anonymous.
