Adella Stevenson wins 2013 Garrard County Fair Recycling Contest

Adella Stevenson of Lancaster was named the winner of the 2013 Garrard County Fair Recycling Contest sponsored by Garrard/Lincoln Solid Waste and the Garrard County Extension Office. Adella’s project was the refurbishment of a chair using recycled materials.
